Amsterdam Veneer Studio
Privacy policy
This website is deliberately built to collect nothing. The sections below describe exactly what happens when you visit it, and how the studio handles the information you give it if you get in touch.

What this website collects
Nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no profiling of visitors.
The site sets no cookies. Nothing is written to your browser's storage, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss — there is nothing to consent to.
Typefaces and all images and video are served from this site itself, not from a third-party service, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Server logs
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records ordinary technical request data — IP address, time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. That is a normal part of operating and securing a web server, and it is not combined with anything else or used to identify you.
Links that leave this site
Links to Instagram, Google Maps and telephone or email addresses take you off this website. Once you follow one, that service's own privacy policy applies, not this one. Nothing about your visit here is passed along with you.
When you contact the studio
If you telephone or email, the studio uses what you send only to answer you and, if you go ahead, to arrange your appointment. Photographs you send for a digital consultation are used to assess your case and are not published anywhere without your separate, explicit permission.
Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are not kept longer than needed to deal with them.
Patient records
Once you become a patient, your clinical records are held by the practice as part of your dental file. Dutch law governs this: the WGBO sets how long dental records must be retained, and the GDPR (AVG) gives you rights over them — including the right to see your file, to have factual errors corrected, and to ask for data to be erased where the retention obligation permits it.
To exercise any of these rights, or to ask who processes your data and on what basis, contact the studio and it will be directed to the right person in the practice group.
Clinical photographs on this website
The before-and-after photographs shown on this site are published with the patient's permission. They are never used in a way that identifies a patient by name, and permission can be withdrawn at any time — write to the studio and the images will be removed.
